Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time and part-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Hope Mills, NC. This contract position runs through the current school year, ending May 29, 2026. The role is onsite and requires active North Carolina licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Deliver individualized therapy to address communication disorders in students.
- Supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold an active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Possess Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations.
- Ability to provide supervision and guidance to SLPAs.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, especially for part-time assignments focused on Pre-K and elementary students.

Schedule:
- Full Time: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Part Time: 2 days per week with flexible hours required for Pre-K and elementary support
